It's Killing Me

I got a new haircut... And absolutey love it... Even if it DOES look kind of emo at first. I swear, when my hairdresser told me she was going to razor-cut my hair I was like, "Oh, God. Don't mess up." But it actually turned out fabulous!!! :)
I am so freakig excited about getting my braces off 4 weeks from today. The orthodontist spawn of Satan is making me wear 4 rubberbands on my brackets and my teeth looked jailed. It's horrifying... I almost cried in the chair.
I am so proud of myself. After months of procrastination I started reading my dreaded summer reading project. Did you know that Lord of the Flies is actually a name used to identify Satan? (Thank you Wikipedia. :D)
My phone STILL has not come in the mail today. The post office is against me. Everytime I hear a rumbling on my street (Hoping it's UPS) I eagerly look out the window to find either a motorcycle, tree-chopper-downer-truck, etc. I have no patience... Zero. So as you might guess, the "suspense" is killing me... And my mom, too. I guess it's like being on a road trip and having your kid ask every 10 minutes, "Are we there yet?" Ugghhh. :(
I desperatley need to go to Wal-Mart. I keep on making up reasons to go, because I NEED to go buy gift cards so I can buy more music online!!! There are sooo many songs I want to buy, but I don't want to use my mom's credit card... It's pitiful, really. I bought $15 worth of music last week.
My mom's getting her haircut, so with my little time I have without parental control, I'm going to go blast my stereo!!! <3

Rise And Shine

Good morning world... Or shall I say world wide web?
I hate summer reading projects... With a strong passion. I'd never been assigned one before, and this summer reading assignment has officially tainted my view on reading... and high school. I mean, why does the staff at my high school insist on making us read a book over the summer, causing freshmen, like myself, to dread the next fours years of our lives? In my opinion, it's unnecessary and cruel. :P
I just found out two things that have totally made my day:
a) My parents are giving me a $150 gift card for clothes to go shopping in Evansville on Monday!!!! All I mostly need is tops: If anyone in the world needs pants, go to Indianapolis... Ralph Lauren, J.Crew... They've got you covered. :)
b) I FINALLY get my haircut today.
Oh and just remembered that my new cell phone should be coming in the mail either today or tomorrow. I'm getting the Nokia 71x (I think that's what it's called) It's really cute and I l.o.v.e. the fact that no one I know has it! Trendsetter alert! Haha.
Gosh, I'm so excited to be going back to school, even though I am kind of freaked about going into highschool.... Ahhh!!! I miss all my friends (you know who you are :P) so much and I miss socializing with everyone! New people, new classes, new wardrobe; I love it all!!!!! I am sad that the summer is ending. No more boat or pool :(
It seems like all summer, all that's mattered is what the weather is, playing tennis, and what's on my iPod is... And I'm seriously going to miss all that simplicity! When school starts back, I'm going to have to worry about school work, working, tennis, friends (but I don't mind that :D), and getting ready every morning.... Ugh. It's all so draining!!!!! And with my procrastination problems, I'm a handful.
Well, I have to shower soon, so I got to go!
